Please be courteous in your interactions with us. Abusive language, yelling, and discriminatory or insulting remarks are not necessary or tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Any form of racist, sexist, demeaning, vulgar insulting, or harassing language.
  • Continued abusive behaviour with no sign of improvement or change.
  • Threats, either personal or professional towards the employee or the company

We are humans, too. We are here to help you and your plants, not to be abused. Continued discourteous behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders and apply bans should this Policy not be followed.
