Yes, we do accept E-transfer payments. After choosing this option you can log into your online banking and email money transfer (EMT) the funds. Send the email funds to: interac@indoorgrowingcanada.com. Please set the security question to: 'What is my order number?' You must set the password as your order number, Example: Your order is #12345-IGC -> password = 12345.
If your Banking Company requires a 6 digit password, please add a zero before your order number. After receiving the funds, we will automatically connect your payment to your order and send you a confirmation email. Please note, EMTs may take up to 24 hours to be processed. If you would like faster processing please choose credit card or PayPal payment option as it will automate the process.

Yes! Firstly, you have to contact support@indoorgrowingcanada.com and provide your order number and also the reason of the return. Then we will send you a shipping label that will need to be printed and we will explain to you the steps to follow.
You have 30 days to return a product after receiving your order.
All products returned to Indoor Growing Canada must be in perfect condition. The product will : Have all the original labels and tags. Be in the original packaging and not used. Be as clean as when initially shipped. Indoor Growing Canada reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and ship the product back to the customer at their expense. At our discretion, we may impose restocking fees.
Yes, for certain provinces & territories and for some heavy products we can ask you to pay a surcharge.
We do our best to ship everywhere but certain exceptions may apply to the following provinces & territories : Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT) & Nunavut (NU).If you are living in those concerned areas, please contact us before placing your order at support@indoorgrowingcanada.com.
We currently can't provide shipping outside Canada.
Canada is a big country ! It depends but as a general rule, if you live in Ontario/Quebec, you can expect 2 to 4 business days. For other provinces, you should expect between 3 to 9 business days. Also, there may be up 3 to 10 business days of Handling Time before your order is shipped. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want an Express Shipping option.
We have different warehouses, so some products might arrive on different days / different packages. Don't worry! You can always contact us if you have any questions.
You will have to contact support@indoorgrowingcanada.com. Please don't forget to mention your order number and to send us a picture of the package you have received.
We ship all our orders with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Dicom and Canpar. If you have a PO Box address we will ship with Canada Post but please also provide a physical address. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
